Refund & Return Policy

At Brainy Buds, we carefully test and inspect all products before dispatch to ensure the best quality for our customers.

Please read our return policy carefully:


1. Returns Accepted Only for Physical Damage

We accept returns only if the product is physically damaged during shipping.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Not liking the product

  • Minor colour/design variation

  • Incorrect order placed by customer


2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Proof

To claim damage:

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video must be recorded

  • The video must start before opening the parcel

  • Parcel box and shipping label must be clearly visible

  • Damage must be clearly shown in the video

Without proper unboxing video proof, no refund or return will be processed.


3. Return Process

If the damage is verified:

  1. Customer must ship the product back to our provided address.

  2. Product must be unused and in original packaging.

  3. After receiving and inspecting the returned product,
    👉 The refund amount will be processed.


4. Refund Mode

Refund will be processed via the original payment method (UPI / Bank Transfer) within 5–7 working days after approval.


5. Important Note

All our products are quality-checked and tested before dispatch.
We are not responsible for damage claims made without valid proof.
