2. Products & Pricing
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Minor colour or design variations may occur due to lighting and manufacturing differences.
All products are tested and quality-checked before dispatch.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
We accept prepaid payments via UPI / GPay / PhonePe / approved gateways.
We currently do not provide Cash on Delivery (COD).
Brainy Buds reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Shipping
Orders are dispatched on the next working day after confirmation.
We primarily ship through India Post.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and external factors.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect address provided by the customer.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only for physical damage during shipping.
A proper unboxing video is mandatory for any damage claim.
Refunds will be processed after verification and return of the damaged product.
Returns will not be accepted for change of mind or dissatisfaction.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (images, logos, text, product descriptions) belongs to Brainy Buds and may not be copied or used without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Brainy Buds shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Delays caused by third-party shipping services
Misuse of products by customers
Parents/guardians are advised to supervise children while using toys.

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kerala courts.
